Setup
Setting up Agent Assist involves three steps: configuring your tenant, connecting to your contact center platform, and deploying the assist widget into the agent desktop.

Recommended Order
Complete these steps in order. Tenant configuration must be in place before the CCaaS integration can route events, and the widget requires a working integration to display suggestions.
