The reports section provides detailed analytics on every aspect of Agent Assist. Use these reports to measure agent productivity, evaluate knowledge base quality, and control costs.

Gap AnalysisUnanswered queries, knowledge gaps, and recommended actions.
Cost & UsageLLM token consumption (with cached token savings), cost estimates by feature, and per-agent attribution.

All reports respect the global date range filter. Set your desired time period before reviewing data to ensure consistency across reports.
