The reports section provides detailed analytics on every aspect of Agent Assist. Use these reports to measure agent productivity, evaluate knowledge base quality, and control costs.
Available Reports

| Agent Efficiency | Queries per agent, suggestion acceptance rates, and response times. |
| RAG Performance | Answer quality metrics, response time trends, and per-KB effectiveness. |
| Classifier Analytics | Classification distribution (meaningful vs noise), confidence scores, noise filter trends, top filtered messages, and cache hit rate. |
| Gap Analysis | Unanswered queries, knowledge gaps, and recommended actions. |
| Cost & Usage | LLM token consumption (with cached token savings), cost estimates by feature, and per-agent attribution. |
