Widget Panels
Beyond the main Assist tab with knowledge suggestions, the Agent Assist widget includes several specialized panels. Each panel is a separate tab in the right column of the widget.
Your administrator controls which panels are visible via feature flags. See Widget Deployment for the full list.
Available Panels

The Assist and History tabs are always available when the widget is active.
